It’s a pitty that a Gym that as been there for more than 10 years and surved local people like mechanics, street vendors and other jua kali artisans will no longer be there.
Its is a sad news that a place where I call my fitness paradise might no longer be available, despite in the open, shaterd fence, weights made of concret and water pipes used as bars this gym as served a lot of people in Health and produced great physiques. It’s going to be difficult for many to adoped since the gym was a good traing spot;Friendly,Cheap and all equipment was improvised.
Reason why the gym wount be there is becauae a private developer is building a car show room,we are not the only ones affected,a nearby church as also lost its parking lot, rumors say that its the land owner who is building the million dolar car empire but as they say if it’s yours do what you want with it but don’t breck the laws
The gym is separeted from the other land by an electrical wire line which means it belong to the government as road reserve, which means no one can use the space as it is now.Despite that he is going to use it by building a wall round it but this is Kenya money talks.

One Screat thing Women Want in the bedroom that men feel its desgustin.
For most men sex is always a on and Off kind of Game, many feeling pleased when sutisfied and not the person on the other end leading to lots of break Ups and more one night stands.
Men seem to think the bigger the Penis the better you are but is that what women realy want? A question of thought.
When the bedroom game begins most men only focus on one part of the body forgeting 2 important parts and one strong tactik that will spice up the relationship for life.
Women love it when you Kiss while making love,it doesn’t only feel romantic but shows that you care.
One of the most important parts is the breasts, apart from just creating a beautifull view on a woman,Breasts play a very important roll when is comes to bed.
Well how do you do it,is all begins with curresing/gentley pressing, scuizing the brests and leaking of the niples increases the womans hunger for sex and makes her cum easily and quickley.
Tangue and Verginer
Well you have heard people say “Eat that Pu***sy like grosery” well thats the million dollar secret no woman will ever tell you but realy want, rubbing the verginer with your tangue aurauses her more sexualy and makes the game epic like never beffore.
